1. General
The following contract terms (AGB) apply to all contracts concluded with customers (hereinafter: CUSTOMER) through the online shop of Tulip Athletic, Kurlandstraße 82, 90453 Nuremberg, Germany (hereinafter: SELLER) under the domain www.tulip-athletic.com .The presentation of products in the SELLER's online shop is an invitation for the CUSTOMER to place an order. The CUSTOMER makes a binding offer by placing an order. The SELLER confirms the receipt of the order by automated email. A contract is concluded only when the SELLER accepts the CUSTOMER's offer by delivering the ordered items. The purchase contract is concluded only with Tulip Athletic. Only private individuals are considered as CUSTOMERS.
2. Changes
The SELLER reserves the right to update these terms. Changes will be communicated to the CUSTOMER in a timely manner and require CUSTOMER consent.
3. Order Process
The CUSTOMER can add items to the shopping cart and complete the order by clicking the "Buy" button. Payment is made via selected external payment providers. Orders exceeding private consumption may be rejected or canceled. Input errors can be corrected in the shopping cart before completing the order. The contract language is German.
4. Storage of Contract Text

5. Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal InformationYou have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. 6. Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:Perishable goods or those with a short expiry date.Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons if the seal is removed.Goods that become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
7. Return of Products
Goods should be returned in their original packaging to Tulip Athletic. The CUSTOMER bears the return shipping costs in full. Returns must be sent prepaid, and the CUSTOMER should keep the deposit receipt.
8. Prices and Shipping Costs

9. Payment ConditionsAccepted payment methods
include PayPal : payment is made via PayPal, the CUSTOMER must have a PayPal account and authenticate with their PayPal credentials. Then the CUSTOMER must go through the PayPal payment process and confirm the payment to the SELLER. Payment via PayPal can also be made without a PayPal account. The terms available through the payment method apply to the guest function of PayPal. If the CUSTOMER chooses payment by credit card in PayPal, they may be asked, depending on the amount of the payment or the type of delivery, for a required second authentication feature by displaying the website of the credit institution. The CUSTOMER must then verify the payment process with their personal second authentication feature such as password, PIN, TAN, or biometric data such as fingerprint or face scan using a special app.
10. Discount Vouchers and Their Use
Discount vouchers are issued as promotional offers and cannot be purchased. They must be used within the specified period and cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. Value Vouchers, Product Vouchers, and Their RedemptionValue Vouchers:
Customer-specific, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.Product Vouchers: Specific product vouchers for goodwill purposes, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
12. Gift Promotions
Minimum purchase values apply to gift promotions. If an order is canceled, the gift must be returned.
13. Delivery and Shipping Conditions
Delivery is made via postal services to the address provided during the order process. Delivery time is displayed on each item page.
14. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If a value voucher was used, the refund is credited back to the voucher account.
15. Retention of Title
The SELLER retains ownership of goods until full payment is received.
16. Warranty/Defect Liability

17. Customer Account
Customers can create a free account. Only one account is allowed per person. SELLER reserves the right to delete incorrect registrations.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. German law applies, and the place of jurisdiction is Bavaria, Germany.
