At Tulip Athletic, we place great importance on quality and sustainability. Many of our products are carefully handcrafted in Germany. Due to high demand, longer delivery times may occasionally occur. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we process every order with the utmost care.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days after payment is received.
- Some products are produced by third parties, which is why we cannot provide an exact delivery time.
- Due to our handcrafted production, processing times may be longer during peak periods.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and package weight.
- Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value (see website for current offers).
- International shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which must be covered by the CUSTOMER
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Due to the individual production of some products, delivery times may be longer than usual.
- Some products are especially made for the CUSTOMER and may have a longer delivery time.
- Unforeseen delays due to high demand or external factors (e.g., customs clearance, weather conditions) are possible.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@tulip-athletic.com .
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order is delayed, please first check with the shipping provider.
- If your order is lost, contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
- We are not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs, incorrect shipping addresses, force majeure).
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Changes or cancellations are only possible within a limited time after the order has been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible.
- If the order has already been processed, changes are no longer possible.
8. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are possible within 14 days after receiving the goods.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- A refund will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
